About me

I discovered meditation at 22, and it changed everything for me. What began as a gentle practice grew into a lifelong passion that sharpened my focus, quieted my worrying mind, and made life more vibrant and interesting.

For over 25 years, I’ve been immersed in meditation-studying with Tibetan Buddhist teachers like psychologist Winston McCullough, earning the first-ever Master’s in Mindfulness from Bangor University, and sharing these transformative practices with others.

Today, I blend this deep meditation background with my ICF-accredited transformational coaching to help people like you find your authentic path. My approach combines the peaceful presence of meditation with the forward momentum of coaching—teaching you to be both present and able to move confidently toward your goals.

My life outside meditation?

I’m a former teacher, a business person, an angel investor, and dad to three teenagers. These real-world experiences help me guide you toward practices that actually work in your busy life.
